BYOB: Build Your Own Brains
Build an AI Team With a Boss.
A live Claude Code workshop for business owners. Three 90-minute sessions with Ken Moskowitz.
One Chat at a Time Is Not a Team
You already use AI. You open a chat, ask for a draft, and get a decent answer. Then you fix it. Then you ask for the next thing, and you fix that too.
AI never gets tired. It never asks for coffee. But it has no idea what comes next. It is a stranger in a chat window, waiting for you.
So you do the work around the work. You pick the task. You explain your business again. You check what it made. You hit send.
You are the project manager, the editor, the fact-checker and the finger on the button. You are the whole team: one tired person with a fast assistant.
You are not using AI wrong. You are using it alone.
You do not need a smarter chat. You need a team with jobs, rules and a boss.
BYOB: An AI Team You Build
BYOB, Build Your Own Brains, is a live Claude Code workshop for business owners, taught by Ken Moskowitz of Ad Zombies. In three 90-minute sessions, you build a brain file and a small team of AI employees that can finish a real job. You can join until Session 1 starts on , and every ticket includes replays.
What is a real job?
A real job is a task from your own business. Say a follow-up email to a customer who asked for a quote. Or this week's social media post. Your team researches it, writes it, edits it and fact-checks it. Then a person says go before it goes anywhere.
Build an AI Team in 3 Sessions
You build your own team of AI employees with Claude Code, in the Claude desktop app, over three live sessions. You finish with a small team that can complete a real job.
-
Day 1,
Hire your first AI employee
You start by writing your brain file. It is a plain-English note that tells your AI who you are, what you sell and how you sound. Next, you write a job description for your first AI employee: what it does, what it never does, and how it reports back. Then you hand it a real task from your business, live, and fix it when it gets it wrong. It will. That is the lesson.
You leave with: a brain file and one AI employee that works.
-
Day 2,
Build the team and the boss
You add three or four specialists. Think researcher, writer, editor and fact-checker. Then you write the boss, the one AI that reads a job and hands it to the right person. You build its routing table, which is its list of who gets what. You build the hand-off note (what I did, what is wrong, what comes next) and one shared job board. Then you run one real job through the whole team. Ken also shows one of his own real team setups on screen.
You leave with: a small team that finishes a real job.
-
Day 3,
Rules, quality, real work
A team without rules makes a mess faster. So the fact-checker never gets skipped. The editor owns the voice. A person says go before anything is published, sent or spent. You add a memory file so the team remembers the job. Then you run a full project live, learn how to fix an AI employee that starts to drift, and learn how to add the next one.
You leave with: a team with rules, one full project done, and a way to add the next employee.
Questions, every session: Every ticket can ask questions live in the Zoom chat. Ken answers as many as he can.
-
Platinum Day,
Platinum Day: hot seats and Q&A
Platinum tickets only. Three live hours, 9:00 am to noon Arizona time. Ken picks several attendees' businesses and builds or fixes their AI team live on screen. In between, he answers questions from everyone. It is not one-on-one time for every attendee, but everyone watches, learns and can ask. We record Platinum Day, and Platinum replays stay open through .
Who This Is For: Business Owners
BYOB is for business owners who want to build and run their own AI team. It is not for people who want a finished team handed to them, or for people who do not already have a paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code, working.
It is for you if:
- You run a business and want AI doing real work in it.
- You learn best by building, with Ken teaching live.
- You already have a paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code, set up and working on your Mac or Windows computer.
It is not for you if:
- You want someone to hand you a finished AI team. Fair. We build those too. See AI integration.
- You do not already have a paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code, set up and working on your computer. The plan is separate from your ticket.
Looking for something else? Want your whole staff trained? See AI training.

What People Say About Learning With Ken
These reviews come from Ken's earlier AI workshops, AI Assisted Advertising and Dream It Build It. They are a selection, not every review. None is about BYOB, and some of those workshops used different tools. The words are the attendees' own.
