Practical Growth Advice ANY Business Can Use

I cannot stress this enough. You should be documenting EVERYTHING in your business, not just SOPs or internal how-to’s.

And here’s why: you have value to offer the world, and documenting is the fastest, easiest way to give, share, and grow.

Documenting is SO much easier than creating. In fact, this blog post is the result of documenting a zoom call with a friend and fellow business owner yesterday. It became a podcast episode in less than 24-hours, is being sent to my video editing team for rough cuts, then off it goes to Repurpose House where all the micro-content I use on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc. gets created.

If you have followed my entrepreneurial journey these last few years, you know I drink the Kool-Aid of Jab, Jab, Jab... that’s code for Give, Give, Give. I share lots about this in my book, Jab Till It Hurts.

And Now For That Practical Advice I Promised…

Meet Jose Leon. Over the last decade, he has grown his law firm, Leon Law. Now, he’s ready to take his personal injury firm to the next level and wanted to talk through how to do this.

We talked about brand and content, and the difference between advertising and building a brand. I gave him the practical advice many small business owners are not getting and shared real examples of how to do the things he's asking about.

Everything we talk about can be applied to your business, no matter the industry, starting NOW! Listen in to find out how.

You should be documenting EVERYTHING in your business, not just SOPs. The audio from this zoom call demonstrates how to do this with ease. In fact, it was so easy it became this podcast in less than 24-hours. Jab, Jab, Jab... it's code for Give, Give, Give.
