Zombie Round-Up: Featured Ads (March 2021)

Copywriting is more than just sitting down, cranking out 500 words, hitting spellcheck, and calling it a day.

A copywriter has to become an expert on a brand in just a few minutes!

… They have to step into the shoes of the target audience (no matter HOW little they may relate to them)

… They have to put themselves in the mindset of the consumer (what are their needs, struggles, desires, etc)

… They have to abide by publishing rules for whatever platform they are writing for (have you ever tried writing an ad without the word “YOU” in it??)

… They have to stick to word count restrictions (easier said than done for short ads especially)

… And they have to do it all —multiple times a day— EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

So when we say we have the world’s BEST copywriters — we freakin’ mean it! They are ink-wielding, keyboard-slappin’, word-wizarding superheroes.

Dog Walking App

This company asked us to target busy dog moms and dads who want to give their pets the best life —- but are short on time and energy. They requested an informal/conversational tone and style to spread the word about their brand and first walk free promotion.

PMS Supplement

Short, sweet, and problem solving — that was the winning combo for this supplement focused on women struggling with severe PMS symptoms.

Digital Phone Answering Service

The problem? Small appointment-based businesses who are incredibly busy but don’t have the funds to hire a personal assistant or scheduler. The solution? An ad hitting the pain points of these businesses (time, money, stress, livelihood, etc) and offering a simple solution that is easy to set up and doesn’t break the bank.
